Interior Design Services Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

 

1. Validity of Estimate:

   - Estimate is valid for [30] days from the date of issuance. Prices and availability of materials are subject to change after this period.

 

2. Payment Terms:

 

     1. Step 1 – 25% : Before providing space planning, furniture layout, MEP plans, ceiling plan, 3D views & BOQ.

 

     2. Step 2 – 25% : Before providing detailed 3D files, technical drawings, finishes details & vendor coordination.

 

     3. Step 3 – 25% : After completing 50% site execution including false ceiling, flooring, pre-plumbing, pre-electrical & partial furniture fabrication.

 

     4. Step 4 – 25% : Near final execution including finishes, furnishings, lighting, paint, décor & handover

3. Scope of Work (without material):
  - Covers only the services listed. Any changes to the scope of work, including additions or modifications, will
be documented in a revised estimate and may affect the total cost.

• Interior design concepts and space planning
• 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
• Site management and supervision during execution
• Marketing and styling assistance for the finished space.

 

4. Cancellation and Refunds:
  - Cancellations must be made in writing within [4] days of the initial deposit. Refunds for deposits will be processed based on the work completed and materials procured at the time of cancellation. Any custom orders or special materials may be non-refundable.

5. Liability:
  - Aartigallery Interiors is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, natural disasters, or unforeseen site conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities:
  - The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the project site, including measurements and any relevant structural details. Any errors or omissions may result in additional charges.

7. Dispute Resolution:
  - Any disputes arising from this estimate or the subsequent project will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Chhattisgarh INDIA.

8. Intellectual Property

All design work, drawings, and presentations remain the intellectual property of Aartigallery Interiors and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

3. Site Status – The responsibilities, timelines, and processes may differ based on whether the site is completed, semi-completed, or under construction.

 

4. Commercial vs Residential – Payment schedules, design scope, and execution timelines may differ for residential and commercial projects.

5. Private vs Government Projects – Approval processes, documentation, compliance, and execution timelines may differ based on whether the project is private, government, or central government.

6. Final Terms – The final terms & conditions applicable will be those mentioned in the signed agreement for the specific project.
